Angola buys 600 buses for 323.5 million euros
The Angolan president awarded the purchase of 600 buses for 323.5 million euros to a consortium that includes the company Opaia Europa, from the Angolan group Opaia and IDC International Trading, from Dubai.

According to a presidential order consulted today by Lusa, the purchase of buses, financed by a credit line from Standard Chartered Bank, is intended to strengthen the urban passenger transport network throughout the country.
The Minister of Transport will be responsible for verifying the validity and legality of all acts, as well as for the conclusion and signing of the contract, while the Minister of Finance will be responsible for initiating the loan negotiation and securing the necessary financial resources.
