Santander approves proposal for application of 2023 results
Santander shareholders approved, in a general meeting, the company's accounts and the proposal for the application of the 2023 results, it was announced to the market today.

According to the information sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the company's accounts and the management report were approved at the meeting.
The proposal for the application of the 2023 results, which were set at 943,189,573.39 euros, was also on the table and received the "green light".
This proposal determines that, of the total amount, 94,318,957.34 euros will be transferred to the legal reserve and 848,870,616.05 euros to the retained earnings.
