SIC approves distribution of 2023 dividends
SIC approved today, in a general meeting, the 2023 accounts and the proposal to apply the 2023 results, which provides for the distribution of profits in dividends, was communicated to the market today.

According to the information sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the "proposal for the application of results for the 2023 fiscal year, prepared and presented by the Board of Directors" was approved.
This proposal provides for the net result of 2023 to be distributed in dividends to the sole shareholder -- Impresa.
In early March, SIC reported net results of 8.3 million euros for 2023 to the market, which represents an increase of 12.2% compared to the previous year.
Also on the table was the proposal for a vote of confidence to the management and inspection of the company, the election of the corporate bodies and the statutory auditor, which were also approved.
In another statement sent to the CMVM, Impresa announced that the shareholders approved, in a general meeting, the company's accounts and the proposal for the application of results.
The proposal for the application of the results defines that the loss of 2,739,687 euros be transferred to the carried-over results.
At today's meeting, the choice of José Guilherme Gomes as secretary of the General Assembly's board until 2026 was also approved, as well as a vote of confidence and praise for the company's management and inspection bodies.
