Empark Group's revenue grows by 8% in the 1st quarter to 48.4 million
The Empark group, a parking services company that operates under the Telpark brand, announced today that it had revenues of 48.4 million euros in the first quarter of this year, 8% more than in the same period of the previous year.

The improvement verified in the quarter under analysis was due to the parking lot segment, the company's most traditional business, which had a 9.6% homologous growth, on a comparable basis, to 33 million euros, while the business of parking lots on public roads totalled revenues of 15.3 million euros, up 4% in homologous terms.
Gross operating profit (EBITDA) amounted to 23.6 million euros until March this year, with a 49.2% margin, almost five percentage points above that recorded in the first quarter of 2023.
In total, Telpark has over 332,800 parking spaces in Portugal and Spain, after winning the concession for the Santo André Hospital, in Leiria, for the next 17 years, which involves the operation of 759 spaces, to which is added the operation of the parking lot in Praça do Rossio, in Aveiro, for a period of 40 years.
