WiseTech Notifies Competition of Portuguese Singeste Purchase
WiseTech today notified the Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) of the acquisition of sole control of Portuguese company Singeste.

"The concentration operation in question consists of the acquisition by WiseTech Global (Europe) Holdings Pty Ltd of the entire share capital of Singeste -- Sistemas de Informática", can be read in the information released today by the AdC.
Any observations on this operation must be sent to the Competition Authority within 10 working days.
Singeste is a Portuguese company that develops software solutions for the customs sector.
WiseTech belongs to the WiseTech Global group, which is dedicated to creating and providing software solutions for the logistics operation industry.
