Ibersol shareholders vote on dividend distribution today
Ibersol shareholders will vote today, at the general meeting, on the distribution of dividends related to the results of 2023, a year in which profits exceeded 15 million euros.

On May 14, the fund manager Bestinver proposed the distribution of a dividend of 38 cents per share of Ibersol, to be paid through free reserves, plus 32 cents using the net income of 2023, according to the proposal sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
One day earlier, ATPS, Ibersol's largest shareholder, had put forward a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 50 cents per share.
When presenting the 2023 results, on April 29, Ibersol's management indicated that it would propose the payment of dividends in the amount of 13.5 cents per share at the general meeting, corresponding to a total amount to be distributed of 5.7 million euros.
Ibersol, owner of brands such as KFC and Pizza Hut, totalled 15.4 million euros in profit in 2023, a drop of more than 90% compared to the previous year.
In 2023, Ibersol's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) stood at 74 million euros, up from the 61 million euros recorded in 2022.
In addition to ATPS (56.55%) and Bestinver (8.29%), Cobas Asset Management (5.55%) and FMR LLC (3.33%) are part of Ibersol's shareholder structure, according to information available on Euronext's website.
