He has worked on several television projects and today is the one who gives the 'face' to 'Querido Mudei a Casa'.

Looking at his personal life, he is building a family with Inês Gutierrez. Both are parents of little Maria Luísa, who turned two on April 14. 

João Montez is today's guest of the column 'Quando Era Pequenino', of Fama ao Minuto, where he shares some memories of his childhood. 

The favorite dish in childhood (and who prepared it) and the food that you did not like and that you now like?

Well, it's a favorite childhood dish that still persists today: Bacalhau à Brás. My grandmother always made it and I have very good memories even from the moment it was made! I believe that the testimony was passed on to my mother who, for example, around Christmas time, still makes it - purposely (and only) - for me. A little bit to get away from the boiled cod. 

Who was the person you admired the most?

I have two. My grandmother, precisely (the same one from Bacalhau à Brás) and my father. For all the sacrifices that I know they made throughout their lives. 

What was the best vacation when you were a child?

I have incredible memories of vacations in Porto Santo, Madeira. I'm even sorry I don't visit this island more often. 

What day would you go back to as a child? And why?

To any party (or evening party) organized by the school I attended... I believe that today, if I could go back to those moments, I would take even greater advantage of them! Even so, I would also quickly return to any of the moments (or afternoons) spent with my grandmother. I would be very happy. 

Complete the sentence: If I went back to my childhood, I would never… think I had all the time in the world. This really goes by very quickly. I would take advantage of it even more.
