Catarina Sampaio was, until last night, one of the main protagonists of the 2024 edition of 'Big Brother'. She ended up being evicted with 60% of the votes, but she does not regret anything she did inside the house.

This is also what she confided to journalists, already this morning, when she talked about the difficulty she felt in dealing with Catarina Miranda, her biggest rival in the reality show.

"The game, for me, is made for Catarina Miranda, it seems like it was bought. Big, at the time, clarified all these questions for me, but it seems like the game is made for her", she stressed, in addition to mentioning that her former housemate "has been studying" the program "for 25 years". "She doesn't sleep at night thinking about what she's going to do during the day", she added.

Even so, Catarina Sampaio does not associate Miranda with her departure from the game. Instead, she believes that the fact that she directly nominated her ally Fábio Caçador in a decision she had to make may have been what dictated her departure. "It was ignorance on my part, I went into a game that I didn't study and I had never watched 'Big Brother' regularly", she explained. To journalists, she also dismissed the possibility that she had been carried away by the confidence she felt and reinforced: "Ego is something that is not in my dictionary".

It was precisely Fábio that Catarina showed herself close to almost from the first days. In the end, there was neither time nor space for romance, but Sampaio left one certainty: "He has a great affection for me and I think he would like something to happen between us, although he understood that it would not be there that something would happen".

Returning to the central theme, the game itself, Catarina ended up criticizing some of her colleagues, especially those who seem to have already given up on winning the program: "It seems like they don't want to win the prize. She has already created the idea that she is very strong and they don't even nominate her so that she doesn't fall on them. They prefer to be quiet".

Regarding the controversy over Daniela Ventura's religious carpet, used by Catarina Miranda for a joke, Catarina Sampaio was relentless: "She should have been expelled, it is unacceptable that she is still on the program. I have seen other contestants, in other programs, being expelled for much less and she should have been expelled too. Right there, things are very favorable for her".

Back to 'real life', Catarina admitted that she still does not know what she will do professionally after this experience. She assumes the possibility of opening a new business and of making appearances as a commentator, since she likes to "interact with people".
