Princess Leonor elected 'Adopted Daughter' of the city of Zaragoza
An honorific title that was approved by the City Council this Thursday, April 25th.

Princess Leonor has been elected the 'Adopted Daughter' of the city of Zaragoza, a title that King Felipe VI also received 38 years ago, when he received military training there.
The plenary session of the City Council approved on Thursday, April 25, the attribution of this honorary title, which will still have to be communicated by the Royal House.
It should be recalled that the Aragonese capital has welcomed the heir to the Spanish throne since August last year, since she is receiving training at the General Military Academy.
Princess Leonor is currently living the final stretch of her training at the military academy. In May, she will take the second semester exams, before the Armed Forces Day, which is celebrated on June 1 in Oviedo, a celebration in which the Princess of Asturias is expected to appear again in official uniform.
