Laura Figueiredo continues to show the moments in which she trains in the stories on her Instagram page, and the holiday was not an excuse to stand still.
On the morning of this Wednesday, May 1, Mickael Carreira's partner recorded new videos to publish on the social network and said that it was a day of physical exercise - even though she was at home with her children.
"With children, in chaos, but it's done", she said after training. See the videos in the gallery.
It is worth remembering that Laura Figueiredo and Mickael Carreira are the parents of Beatriz, seven years old, and Gabriel, who will turn one year old in June.
