João Paulo Sousa's life changed drastically when he became a father for the first time, after the birth of little Leonardo in January last year. Since then, the presenter has been dividing his time between his professional and personal life, and has ended up showing signs of tiredness.
In a video he shared on Instagram, the communicator noted: "Really not sleeping has a big impact on our lives".
"How do you measure this? I think a good measure is when you get to the car and instead of bringing the car keys, you brought the TV remote control," he replied, finally.
