Fernando Alvim is celebrating and the date was marked on Nuno Markl's Instagram page. 

Recalling an old photograph of both, he wrote: "And look how young. And now here we are: me a few steps ahead of you in my 50s, you making your debut in this respectable 50s home, a house that many people belatedly call middle age, believing that another 50 are guaranteed. In your case, I would say that - at least - another 150".

"You are the man I have seen most often greeting people he likes with a superb and optimistic 'never die!', but in your case I know that this can only happen. Life can only ensure that all the incredible ideas that squirt out of you, like a watering device, will have the due time to be put into practice. I have had the honor of being part of some, from 'O Perfeito Anormal' to 'Nuno & Nando'", he added. 

Then, he recalled that it was Fernando Alvim who helped him meet his current girlfriend, Teresa. 

"Because if there is something that this man can do, it is to make projects happen. One of the most recent: to make me find love again. It was he who one day sent me a message saying 'there is a friend of mine who would love to meet you and who likes you very much'. It was to him that, skeptical and bitter, I replied: 'But she likes me like she likes a teddy bear, right?'. And it was he who replied: 'I don't think so'. Then, he ran to tell Teresa to make her personal profile public temporarily. That's when I saw Teresa for the first time and it was thanks to Alvim that, that day, I talked to her for the first time - a chat that started at the end of the afternoon and ended in the middle of the night", he recalled. 

"It is for these and other reasons that Alvim is a national treasure, starting by being a treasure for his friends", he concluded.
