Detained, Castelo Branco came to the window. Lawyer says that "he is excited"
The celebrity was detained this Tuesday, May 7, for the first judicial interrogation.

José Castelo Branco has already met with his lawyer, Pedro Nogueira Simões, while he is being held at the GNR in Alcabideche.
The socialite was taken to the Court of Sintra but, due to the strike in the Justice system, the interrogation was postponed and he returned to the GNR in Alcabideche where he will remain until he is heard.
Apparently, this Wednesday, May 8th, he will be interrogated and then the coercive measures will be known.
In a conversation with journalists, the lawyer highlighted: "My client has a clear conscience, without any problem to give a statement tomorrow, he will not remain silent because the conviction has no basis".
"Tomorrow he will give a statement and there are no facts, in our opinion, that could lead to any type of conviction", he added, also emphasising that "he is in good spirits, as always".
The CNN journalist also shared that José Castelo Branco came to one of the windows of the place where he is being held, at the GNR station, and that "he said 'I'm great' in response to some questions that were put to him".
The socialite is being accused of domestic violence against his wife Betty Grafstein, who has been in hospital since last April.
