King Charles III gives Prince William new senior role
Father and son to attend royal event this month

Prince William is set to receive a new honour from King Charles III. According to Hello! magazine, Buckingham Palace has confirmed that the heir to the British throne will be appointed Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps.
In addition, the father and son will attend an engagement together on May 13, which will take place at the Army Flying Museum.
The news comes after it was revealed that Charles will not be meeting with his youngest son, Prince Harry, who arrived in the UK on Tuesday, May 7, ahead of the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.
