Catarina Gouveia gives mothers advice on breastfeeding
The actress and influencer is a mother to a little girl, the little Esperança, who was born in May 2022.

Catarina Gouveia continues to breastfeed her daughter, Esperança, who will turn two on May 26. A topic that the mother made a point of addressing on her Instagram page, where she left a piece of advice.
"When they tell us that 'prolonged' breastfeeding makes babies less confident, more dependent and insecure, we only do one thing: we don't believe it", she said while showing a video of little Esperança walking alone on the beach.
In the caption of the post, she added: "Having been breastfeeding for almost two years, I leave this useful advice to mothers who may often feel like they are rowing against a cultural and social tide that insists on boycotting one of the most beautiful human relationships there is, breastfeeding".
