Betty has already filed for divorce. José Castelo Branco says that his son is involved

Betty Grafstein has already filed for divorce from José Castelo Branco, a decision made after the alleged assaults that happened recently, which were reported in the context of the jewelry designer's hospital stay on April 20.
The information was reported by Correio da Manhã, which added that the art dealer had already been informed of the formalization of the divorce request. Even so, Fama ao Minuto confirmed with Luciana Lima, José Castelo Branco's agent, that he only became aware of the situation through the press.
"It was his son, Roger Grafstein, who filed for divorce, which is what he always wanted", said the businesswoman who, it is worth mentioning, also represented Betty Grafstein before the millionaire reported the alleged assaults by her partner to the medical team at Hospital CUF Cascais.
It is worth remembering that Betty and José were married in 1996, after a few years together. The marriage regime under which they entered into marriage was separation of assets, which means that, in this way, the socialite will not be entitled to any part of his current partner's inheritance, in the event of her death.
Following the reports of domestic violence, José Castelo Branco was detained by the GNR and presented to the criminal investigating judge of the Sintra Court, having been prohibited from contacting and approaching Betty Grafstein. The jewelry designer remains hospitalized and the latest update on her health status indicated that she is recovering from a pulmonary embolism.
