At home, recovering from a hernia operation, Fernanda Serrano decided to recall a trip she took to Spain and reflect on the importance of enjoying one's own company, since she set off on this adventure alone.
Sharing photos of herself in Madrid, the actress, 50, wrote the following text in the caption of a post on Instagram:
"Found on my phone... these photos! When I started to decide that traveling alone is also a very good solution! When we are not well with ourselves, we will not be able to be well with anyone else! That is the purest of truths! We are our best company! Who agrees with me?".
