Salvador Sobral remembers winning the Eurovision. "I love you and I hate you..."
The singer gave Portugal its only victory in this competition.

It was precisely seven years ago that Salvador Sobral gave Portugal one of the victories most desired by the country. The singer won Eurovision and showed us, so many years later, that it was indeed possible to win this competition that is closely linked to national culture.
On social media, Salvador decided to remember the day he raised the contest trophy and did so by sharing an excerpt from his performance.
"Happy 7th anniversary, my dear Eurovision. I love you and hate you at the same time", wrote the artist in the caption of the publication that you will find below.
It is important to remember that Salvador Sobral has always shown himself to be somewhat uncomfortable with the media attention he received after this victory, which may have motivated the aforementioned phrase.
