Bernardina Brito reveals that her son refused to see his father, Tiago Ginga

Júlia Pinheiro had a chat with Bernardina Brito, one of the most remarkable former contestants of reality shows.
Bibi, as she was known at the time, met Tiago Ginga, the father of her first child, while participating in 'Casa dos Segredos', however, the relationship turned out to be quite turbulent.
When she was pregnant with Kévim, her eldest son, Bernardina discovered several betrayals on Tiago's part, however, she always decided to forgive him.
"The baby is born, he is with me more or less until the boy is a month old and tells me out of the blue that he has to go to his mother's house, that he couldn't take it anymore (...) I found it all very strange because we were doing well," she describes.
However, the two remained separated during the boy's first year until they met again in a new reality show.
"As soon as I entered, there was an attempt by the father to get the boy from my mother. There was no interest in Kévim during that year, but as soon as I entered the program, he tried to take the boy from my family," she explains in the interview, noting that the production thought it was good to let Tiago into the program.
Bernardina confesses that at the time she "had no self-esteem" and that, therefore, she "subjected herself to everything".
Currently, she regrets that Tiago does not get along with his son, since the two are estranged. "[Kévim is] Very hurt. You can't even mention the name inside the house," she confesses, emotionally.
"Was I a bad mother and did I choose the wrong father?", she asks, finally.
