Vanessa Martins: "Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life"
Ill, the businesswoman found herself forced to travel. In an Instagram account she claims to have "pushed her body to the limit".

"Yesterday I had one of the worst days of my life": this is how Vanessa Martins starts by describing a day that became a nightmare. "I wouldn't wish anyone to get sick and have to travel", she highlights, noting that she started to "feel a cold" on Wednesday, and it got worse the next day.
"Thursday was the day to check out, the last day of the fair and to go to the airport. It was the final sprint and if I hadn't gotten sick, everything would have gone well", she highlights.
However, when she woke up, she knew she wouldn't be able to get out of bed, so she decided to ask for a late checkout.
"Checkout done, the flight was only at 9 pm. How am I going to endure so many hours until I get home?", she questioned at the time.
"We had to go to the fair to resolve a last-minute issue with a supplier. My body was aching and believe me, I am strong, but the pain was getting worse and worse", she recalls.
As she was feeling very unwell, Vanessa decided to stay in a hotel near the airport while waiting for her flight time, which would be at night.
"Delayed flight, the discomfort of the airport, another two hours of flight, but it had to be done. I just wanted to get to my bed", she confesses.
"Today I woke up feeling better, but what I did to my body yesterday... pushing it to the limit. I had no choice and I feel bad about it", she adds.
