Pedro Pico contacted José Castelo Branco this week in an attempt to convince the socialite to persuade his son, Guilherme, to visit Betty Grafstein in the hospital and help him buy the house in Sintra, which Pedro rented two years ago and in which he set up a Local Accommodation.

In the audio of the call to which Fama ao Minuto had access, Pedro starts by calling Castelo Branco saying: "I know your situation is complicated right now, but I can buy the house [in Sintra] in 15 days. Do you know what that means for you? It means that the divorce will take at least two months, if I buy the house in 15 days you will have half to receive. I can do it, I have the money".

"How could we do this legally and quickly, without problems?", the transformist then says, with the socialite replying: "I will not do anything, absolutely nothing, without Betty's authorization".

Further on, Pedro explains what Castelo Branco could do to reach Betty, given that he is prevented from contacting and approaching his wife as a result of the coercive measures declared within the scope of the complaint for domestic violence. "Through Guilherme, he will go there to visit with Constança and say. I can pay the entire mortgage", the businessman reinforces.

At that time, José tells Pedro Pico that the mortgage on the house has a total value of 350 thousand euros. "I will give 700 thousand euros, I will pay the mortgage and I will pay the finances. Talk to Guilherme so that Constança can visit her grandmother", the transformist asks, although José immediately replies: "I cannot do that, it is illegal if Betty is in a divorce process".

Pedro then says that, if the house sale deal is completed as soon as possible, José will receive half of the 700 thousand euros offered, but the socialite explains to him that because he is married with separation of assets, he will end up not receiving anything. "In that aspect you are right, you don't earn a ****, you don't earn anything. If you can get Guilherme to talk to Betty and she says she will sell the house, I will give you 30 thousand euros. I will hang up the call, call Guilherme", Pedro Pico concludes and the call ends with José Castelo Branco thanking him.

The Fama ao Minuto contacted Pedro Pico in order to obtain further clarifications on the subject. The transformist denied having contacted the socialite, although in the audio we obtained it is evident that it was Pedro who contacted José Castelo Branco. Even so, he confirmed the attempt to buy the house, justifying it by the fact that the socialite, about a year ago, had allegedly tried to sell it to him.

He also mentioned that José, when he called him, was crying, which is not seen in the audio obtained by Fama ao Minuto, and that he promised to talk to Roger Grafstein to propose buying the house. However, and as we mentioned above, in the audio Pedro can be heard suggesting to José that Guilherme should intercede for this business.
