Manchester City were crowned champions on Sunday, May 19, and Portuguese player Bernardo Silva celebrated the triumph with his family.
Bernardo Silva posted a photo on his Instagram page in which he appears on the pitch with his partner, Inês Tomaz, and their daughter, Carlota, after the great victory.
"Four times champions in a row and six times in seven years. What a day," he wrote in the caption of the image where we can see the footballer's daughter wearing the Manchester City kit.
