Princess Leonor follows in her father's footsteps and receives three decorations

Fama Princesa Leonor
Princess Leonor was today awarded the Medal of Aragon, the Medal of the Courts of Aragon and also received the title of Adopted Daughter of Zaragoza, in three acts of special significance for the region.
The heir to the Spanish throne thus follows in the footsteps of King Felipe VI, who also received these three distinctions in 1986, while he was a Cadet Knight of the General Military Academy of Zaragoza.
The Princess of Asturias has been closely linked to this autonomous community throughout the last year, since she joined the Academy in August last year to begin her military training in the Army.
Very smiling, duly uniformed and in a solo act - since neither the kings nor the Infanta Sofía were present - the princess has already received the decorations. Browse the gallery and see the images of this day.
