"For almost a year I believed that Albano Jerónimo was my father"
A story shared by a young woman on TikTok went viral.

Inês Gromicho, a TikTok user, caused a stir with a story she shared about her childhood, which involves the actor Albano Jerónimo.
She begins by saying that she decided to share the story because she has seen several girls, who grew up without their father after he died, talking about the lack of a paternal figure in their lives.
Inês, whose father died when she was five after a battle with cancer, recalls the curious way she dealt with his departure.
"I didn't process the fact that he had a disease and then wasn't home. My memories were very limited, somewhat altered by my mind," she recalls.
"I remember that at six years old - my father had already passed away a year ago - I was watching television, looked and said: 'my father is an actor after all'. My father didn't die after all. I was really happy for months that my father was an actor, but I didn't tell my mother," she continues.
"One day I was like: 'Mom, why didn't you ever tell me my father was an actor?' I pointed to the television and it was Albano Jerónimo," she reveals.
At the end of the video, which you can see in the gallery, she leaves the following message: "Albano Jerónimo, if you ever see this video, know that in 2008 you had a lost daughter and that lost daughter was me... at least I believed so".
