News about Kate Middleton's health: "It's a relief..."
The treatments that the Princess of Wales has undergone for cancer have had positive results, says the magazine Vanity Fair.

Still out of the public eye following her cancer battle, there has been an update this week on Kate Middleton's health.
Sources close to the Princess of Wales have told Vanity Fair that her treatment is going well and that she is starting to "feel much better".
"It was a huge relief to see that she was tolerating the medication and that she was feeling so much better", a friend of the couple said.
When she first revealed her diagnosis publicly, Kate said that she would be undergoing "preventative chemotherapy".
While her treatment is going well, William's wife is not expected to return to public duties any time soon.
International media outlets have reported that Kate's diary is empty until the end of the year, something that Vanity Fair has corroborated.
"There is no diary and certainly no rush. It will be when Kate feels ready and when she has the all-clear from her doctors. But she will return to work 100 percent. There is no doubt about that", the source added.
