Beauty lovers, a new edition of Expocosmética is coming

In the 2024 edition, the chosen motto was 'It's Not About Age'. The entrepreneur, makeup artist and content creator Inês Mocho is once again the face of the official poster, but she is not alone. Representing two other phases of adult life, Lenize Correia and Cristina Durão join Inês, the result of a casting launched to the fair's community and a production that aims to represent well-being at any stage of life.

"At Expocosmética, in addition to the clear desire to present the sector's trends, we also wanted to promote an enriching experience that transcends the barriers of age. The fair's image was the starting point to explain the motto, but also to ensure that our community gets involved in this experience", says Amélia Estevão, Exponor's marketing director.
The event will present thematic areas, through which all sectors will be represented. However, so that the visit is not limited to discovering the exhibitors, the exhibition area will have two stages. The usual Expocosmética Stage returns to entertain the public, but the Barbers Stage has also conquered its space. This is a novelty to increasingly include the male universe. Live experiences, demonstrations, championships and fashion shows will highlight professionals at these two poles and during the three days of the fair.

One of the main novelties is the training academy. Makeup, aesthetics, hair and design and eyebrow micropigmentation are the training areas, which will be conducted by dozens of renowned professionals. The sessions will be distributed over the three days of the fair and tickets are now available on the official 'website'.
Expocosmética also presents the second edition of the 'Brand Awards', a competition that aims to reward new brands in three beauty segments: aesthetics, hair, makeup and nails. The competition aims to highlight national brands, in this sense, the winner of each area will have the opportunity to exhibit their project in their own stand. The winning projects are the Miyoko brand, Dual Cosmetics and Musa Natural Cosmetics.
In parallel, the 4th edition of the National Congress of Aesthetics, Beauty and Health will be held on April 7th, curated by the doctor Simone Ayres. The theme that will lead the event is linked to the motto of Expocosmética: 'The Age of Beauty'. The congress will reflect a holistic and innovative approach to beauty, inviting participants to explore the idea that beauty manifests itself in different ways throughout life.
