Have a few days-old loaf of sourdough bread sitting around? Don't toss it! There are ways to revive it or simply "refresh" it. How? Sarah Brekke, a Test Kitchen specialist at Better Homes and Gardens, breaks down everything you need to do to transform a stale loaf and make it taste fresh again.

Ready to give it a try? First, you'll want to "mist the bread with water" or you can simply run it under the tap to dampen the crust. Then, wrap the bread in foil, the expert suggests.

Place the bread in a 300-degree oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Want a crispier loaf? Unwrap it and return it to the oven for an additional three to five minutes.
