"Sweet, delicious and always with a healthy touch." This is how nutritionist Iara Rodrigues summarizes this recipe for a 'fit' brigadeiro mousse.

Ingredients:
150 ml of milk, lactose-free or vegetable drink, without added sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (lean)
30 g of 70% cocoa chocolate
1 square of dark chocolate broken into pieces
Preparation method:
1- Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly for five minutes.
2- Turn off the heat and mix in the chocolate chips.
3- Pour the contents into a bowl.
4- Let cool before consuming.
