Do you like banana bread? Do you want to improve your recipe? You can (and should) take a look at Martha Stewart's. It's really simple. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 
½ cup of butter, at room temperature, and more for the pan
1 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of coarse salt
1 cup of very ripe mashed bananas
½ cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup of chopped walnuts

Preparation: 
1- Turn the oven on to 180ºC. Grease a loaf pan with butter. Set aside. Then, in an electric mixer equipped with the paddle attachment, mix the butter and sugar until you get a light cream.
2- Add the eggs and continue mixing to incorporate. 
3- Then, in a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the butter mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
4- Add the bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix.
5- Add the walnuts to the dough, mix, and then pour the dough into the prepared pan. 
6- Bake for about an hour and 10 minutes. 
7- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Unmold and place the bread on a rack to cool completely.
