The Pleasure Sensation Revealed That Can Make You Look (Much) Younger
Two dermatologists explain the possible effects of orgasm on the skin

Women who have three orgasms a week appear, on average, 10 years younger than those who have only two. This is defended by the doctor David Weeks, in the study 'Superyoung'. But is it really like that?
In 2013, five years after the study, the same neuropsychologist conducted a decade-long investigation with over 3500 volunteers. This is how he concluded that habits, such as sex, are responsible for 75% of our appearance. The other 25% is genetics.

The dermatologist Fernanda Seabra tells the newspaper Metrópoles that "sexual activity increases oxygenation and the presence of nutrients for tissues such as the dermis".
The dermatologist Laís Leonor adds that, as in physical activity, the sweat released during sexual intercourse "also unclogs the pores, helping to eliminate accumulated sebum".
