Protein and 'low carb' pizza recipe with surprise ingredients

If you are one of those people who thinks that Friday rhymes with pizza, you will 'drool' over this suggestion from nutritionist Iara Rodrigues.

Ingredients:
1/2 sliced onion
1 grated raw carrot
1/4 of julienned heart cabbage
2 handfuls of fresh spinach, julienned
1 buffalo mozzarella, cut into pieces
3 eggs
3 to 4 peeled shrimp
4 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Grated cheese to taste
Seasonings to taste
Olive oil as needed
Preparation method:
1- In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, place all the vegetables and cook until reduced.
2- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season to taste.
3- Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetable mixture.
4- Distribute the shrimp and cover to cook for three minutes, until the eggs solidify a little.
5- On top, pour the tomato sauce, add the grated cheese and the tomatoes cut in half.
6- Bake to gratinate.
