Making a chocolate blueberry cake is easier than you think. This recipe from the website Better Homes & Garden is proof. See how simple it is.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries
1 egg
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
1- In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a blender, place the water, blueberries and egg. Add to the previous mixture. Place in a pan and bake for 30 minutes.
2- Melt the chocolate with the sugar and place on top of the cake when it cools.
