Ingredients:
1 and ¼ cup of flour
1/3 cup of cornstarch
1 and ½ teaspoon of baking powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of softened butter
2 tablespoons of honey
2 egg whites
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation method:
1- Combine the flour with the cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Separately, beat the sugar, butter and honey. Add the egg white, lemon zest and vanilla. Add the lemon juice.
2- Combine the two preparations in the same bowl. Make small balls of dough with the help of a spoon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them with the help of a glass and bake for 10 minutes.
