If you want to lose weight, this leg workout may be the solution

How can a leg workout help you lose weight? Fitness expert Mickey Mehta revealed to 'website' HealthShots a set of exercises that will make all the difference.
There are five suggestions and they all start with ankle weights. There are accessories that are perfect for this type of training. First, kneel down and support yourself with your hands.

Then, place your elbows on the mat and stretch your right leg. Stretch it up a bit. Do the same with the other one. Repeat with the other leg and do the movement 10 times.
Another exercise consists, once again, in placing yourself on all fours. Stretch your right leg and put it in the starting position. Do the same with the left one. Repeat also 10 times.
In another part of the workout, you should lie down and bend your knees. Lower your leg and form a 90 degree angle. Do two sets of 10 repetitions.
Now, lying on your back, start doing one more exercise. Raise your legs 15 centimeters from the ground, keep a straight posture and your arms extended. Do the movement of a scissor.
Finally, an exercise identical to the latter. Raise your legs and open them as much as you can. Make the inner thighs stretch. Bring your legs together and do three sets of 10 repetitions.
