Putting a packet of cookies in the kids' lunchbox is the easiest way. They like it and it's cheap. However, most leave much to be desired in terms of nutrition.
With this in mind, we did the research for you and left you with the 'mush' all done. Take note of this suggestion from nutritionist Bárbara Oliveira and learn how to prepare some peanut and chocolate cookies.

Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal flour
1/4 cup honey or agave
1/4 cup peanut butter
50 g chocolate
Coarse salt to taste
Preparation method:
1- Start by mixing the oats with the honey and peanut butter.
2- Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
3- Make several small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
4- Then, with the help of a wet fork, form the cookies and bake them, preheated to 180ºC, for 10 minutes.
5- Let cool and, in the meantime, melt the chocolate and dip half of each cookie in the melted chocolate.
6- Add one or two pebbles of salt.
