Do you find yourself bloated throughout the day and can't quite figure out why? It could be because of certain habits you have as soon as you wake up. Two experts reveal the worst things you could be doing.
Registered dietitian Lisa Richards and Dana Ellis Hunnes, author of the book 'Recipe For Survival', tell 'website' SheFinds some of the reasons why you may be experiencing bloating throughout the day.

You're not drinking enough fluids
"If you're dehydrated, which happens overnight when you haven't had fluids for about eight hours, that can make you feel more bloated," explains Dana Ellis Hunnes.
You're eating a sodium-rich breakfast
"If you eat a lot of salt, even in the morning, you're going to continue to bloat. Instead, opt for something like avocado toast," says Lisa Richards.
You're not getting enough exercise
"It can help get your GI tract moving, which is often a big culprit of bloating."
You're eating sugary foods for breakfast
"Sweets are made with refined carbohydrates, added sugars, and oils, which can spike your blood sugar," continues Lisa Richards.
