Brisk walking
Walk briskly for at least 30 minutes a day. You can increase the duration and intensity as your body gets used to it.
Cycling
Start with a 10-minute warm-up. Then, increase your speed for 20 to 30 minutes. Finish with a slower pace for five minutes.
Swimming
Swim for 20 to 30 minutes. You can gradually increase the resistance.
