This healthy apple cake is incredibly tasty and very simple. Word from nutritionist Iara Rodrigues.

Ingredients:
3 apples
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of plain or vegetable unsweetened Greek yogurt
Vanilla flavoring
Cinnamon for decoration
Sweetener to taste (stevia or erythritol)
Preparation method:
1- Start by cooking the apples.
2- Then, mash them.
3- Mix all the ingredients, mixing well.
4- Pour the mixture into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes, in the microwave or 'air fryer'.
5- Let cool and decorate with cinnamon.
