Healthy, Easy and Quick Salmon and Spinach Filo Pastry

This salmon and spinach puff pastry is made in about an hour and you can believe that it will leave everyone surrendered. The recipe is by nutritionist Sofia dos Santos Tomás.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 package of puff pastry
2 salmon fillets (250 g)
60 g of spinach
150 g of light cream cheese
60 g of grated mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
1 egg to brush
Preparation mode:
1- Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2- Then, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
3- Cut the spinach into small pieces.
4- Add the spinach with the cream cheese and grated cheese. Then, wrap.
5- Stretch the puff pastry.
6- In the center, place the spinach and cheese mixture.
7- On top, add the salmon and close the puff pastry.
8- Brush with egg.
9- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
