With only three ingredients you can make these delicious pancakes

It's (almost) always a great idea to start the day with a plate of delicious, homemade pancakes. Agree? You have to try the three-ingredient recipe suggested by But First We Brunch. It's amazing!

Ingredients:
240 g self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 small can of condensed milk
56 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation:
1- First, in a large bowl, mix the eggs and the contents of a can of condensed milk. Fill the empty container with water and add. Mix everything very well. You can add the butter and the vanilla.
2- Sprinkle the self-rising flour over the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
3- Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes. Then, if the dough seems too thick, add more water, a few tablespoons at a time, up to ¼ cup, or until you get the desired consistency.
4- Then, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium/low heat. Put some butter in the skillet and let it melt.
5- Pour about ⅓ to ½ cup of batter into the skillet. Cook the pancakes on both sides. Do this to finish the batter.
6- Serve with whipped yogurt or hot maple syrup and fruit.
