Making cheese bread in the 'air fryer'? It's even simpler than you think
Can be served as a starter, a snack or just eaten when you're 'starving'.

Are you a huge fan of cheese bread? Want to learn how to make it? Just follow Taste's instructions. It's a simple and relatively quick recipe. The best part? It's made in the 'air fryer'.

Ingredients:
250 ml of milk
125ml of vegetable oil
300 g of tapioca flour
2 eggs
70g of grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation method:
1- First heat the milk and oil in a saucepan over medium heat for two minutes or until the milk starts to boil. Add the tapioca flour and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat for two minutes or until the mixture is smooth and has cooled slightly.
2- Add the two eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add the finely grated Parmesan cheese to obtain a smooth mixture. Then, with wet hands, form balls with tablespoons full of dough.
3- Line the bottom of the 'air fryer' basket with parchment paper. Place the balls, a few centimeters apart, on the parchment paper. Cook at 180ºC for 15 minutes. Repeat with the remaining balls. Serve.
