On the TV Globo program 'É de Casa', the nutritionist said that corn has countless benefits for the body. Very nutritionally interesting, this food contributes to good bowel function, controls diabetes and even high cholesterol, which is a risk factor for cardiovascular problems. In addition, it is rich in fiber, which makes it satiating, antioxidants that fight aging, and B vitamins and minerals.

According to the specialist, a good option is to consume it as a pre-workout. The food increases energy levels.
