Serotonin is known as one of the happiness hormones. It is found in some parts of the brain and helps control mood. Its production can be stimulated by various foods. A nutrition technique reveals what you should bet on.

Ana Luzón revealed to the blog aggregator HuffPost that one of the suggestions should be foods rich in tryptophan. This is the case of eggs, dairy products such as kefir and cheese, lean meats or nuts.

As for fruits, you should put pineapple and banana in your shopping cart. And for the body to be able to absorb tryptophan, it suggests a combination with carbohydrates, but also omega-3, magnesium and zinc.

So sardines, mackerel, flax and chia seeds are other bets you should make.
