Protein cheesecake recipe. It's made in eight minutes in the 'air fryer'

This protein cheesecake is one of those that you can - and should - eat without remorse. The recipe is a suggestion from nutritionist Bárbara Oliveira. "It's divine," she guarantees on the social network Instagram.

Ingredients (1 cheesecake serves 2 people):
3 Maria cookies without added sugar
1 dessert spoon of peanut butter
1 dessert spoon of water
2 tablespoons of vanilla protein pudding
1 egg
2 tablespoons of powdered oats
1 tablespoon of berries
Preparation method:
1- Start by crushing the cookies.
2- Add the peanut butter and the water until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3- Place the preparation obtained in the bottom of a bowl that can be taken to the 'air fryer', covered with parchment paper.
4- Take to the 'air fryer' at 200ºC for two minutes.
5- Meanwhile, stir the egg with the vanilla protein pudding and two tablespoons of oat flour.
6- Add the mixture on top of the cookie base and take another six minutes to the 'air fryer'.
7- Then, let it cool to unmold.
8- Finally, add the berries.
