The yogurt aisle at the supermarket usually has endless options. When choosing which ones to take home, you can follow some tips from a nutritionist. The goal is to make the healthiest choice possible.
To the blog aggregator HuffPost, Ana Luzón left some aspects to consider. "Let it be natural, and not flavored, not skimmed or Greek-style, and not contain added sugar or sweeteners."

Goat yogurt may not be very common, but it can be an option if you don't like the taste of natural yogurt. "It is easier to please palates not used to the natural acidity of yogurt, which has nothing to do with the sweetened, sweetened or flavored versions," she continues.
She also mentioned the type of yogurt she never takes home. These are flavored and with added sugar. "Still, that doesn't mean that if you go on vacation and have one of these options for breakfast at a hotel 'buffet', for example, don't eat it. However, I do not recommend it for regular consumption.
