The easy and delicious recipe you never thought you could make in the 'air fryer'

The popularity of air fryers is growing every day. But are you sure you know everything you can do in the 'air fryer'?
On the social network Instagram, nutritionist Maria Gama, author of the blog 'Põe-te na Linha', shared a recipe for 'fit' cookies, ready in less than two minutes.

Ingredients:
100 g of banana
70 g of oatmeal
Cinnamon to taste
Chocolate chips
1/2 scoop of protein
Preparation method:
1- Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
2- Mold.
3- Add the chips.
4- Cook in the 'air fryer' at 160ºC for eight minutes.
