Chicken and lemon are two ingredients that go well together. If you add cream, onion and chicken broth, you'll have a more complete meal. Follow the steps to make this recipe from the 'website' EatingWell.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of cream
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 lemon cut into slices
2 tablespoons of chopped dill
Preparation:
1- Season the chicken breasts with pepper and salt. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the breasts on one side and then the other. Set the meat aside.
2- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the frying pan. Add the broth and let it reduce. Then add the cream and lemon juice. Add the chicken and cook for a few more minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
