Ingredients (for 20 units):
1/2 leek (use the rest in the soup)
1 scraped carrot
300 g of white beans
100 g of oatmeal
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt to taste (over 12 months)
Preparation method:
1- Sauté the leek and carrot in olive oil, with a little salt.
2- When softened, add the well-washed and drained beans. Let it cook.
3- Transfer to a processor and blend until you get a homogeneous preparation.
4- Add the oatmeal and blend again.
5- After cooling slightly, mold 20 croquettes.
6- Line the tray of the 'air fryer' and bake at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
