Nowadays, due to a sedentary lifestyle that involves spending hours sitting down, back pain is a very common complaint. To deal with the problem, it helps (a lot) to exercise regularly and to focus on the right stretches. Do you want some examples?

Experts, quoted in the Mirror, recommend a very simple one. You have to start lying on your stomach, with your legs stretched out and your arms stretched out above your head.

Then, lift your legs and chest and, thus, "create a banana shape with your body". Hold the position and stretch your biceps next to your ears.

Start squeezing your buttocks to create strength and tension along the back of your body. Hold this position for 30 seconds, rest and repeat two or three more times.
