Chamomile tea
"It is beneficial for anxiety due to its active ingredient. It has the same effect as a sedative and improves sleep", reveals Wan Na Chan.
Green tea
"Reducing anxiety may be another benefit associated with this drink."

"Add some unsweetened tea to reduce the sugar content in the glass."
Water
"It keeps the blood flowing, which is essential to provide nutrients and energy sources to the brain", says Laura M. Ali.
